We are partnering with a reputable association to find a talented Social Media Strategist to lead the development and execution of cutting-edge social media strategies in the orthodontic industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating brand loyalty, fostering community engagement, and driving conversations through thoughtful content across various social media platforms. In this position, you will work closely with the marketing team to build and manage a strong online presence, engage key industry stakeholders, and contribute to impactful social media strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Execute Social Media Strategy: Lead the creation and continuous refinement of social media strategies aimed at building brand loyalty and fostering community engagement across key audiences.
  • Target Audience Identification: Define target audiences based on key demographics, needs, and interests to inform the content calendar and engagement strategies.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Produce high-quality content (social copy, graphics, videos, infographics, live streams) and curate relevant external content to keep the community engaged.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage in conversations across social media, respond to comments and messages promptly, and initiate discussions to enhance interaction.
  • Social Listening: Monitor online conversations, identify key influencers, and respond to feedback, both positive and negative, to maintain a positive and engaged community.
  • Trend Integration: Stay informed on the latest social media trends, incorporating them into the social strategy to ensure relevancy and engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Measure the success of social media campaigns, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide regular reports that demonstrate ROI.


Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of social media experience with a focus on strategic social media management and building brand loyalty.
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficient with Agorapulse, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, CapCut (or other editing platforms)
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with experience in video editing and graphic design.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal teams, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple social media channels with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in social media strategy and management.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation, copywriting, and video editing.
  • Proficiency in using social media management platforms to schedule, monitor, and manage content.
