We are looking for a passionate Photographer to capture moments on all platforms and to use those images to tell a story. The successful candidate will be able to achieve technical, qualitative and quantitative goals while meeting project needs and deadlines. Candidate will also need to work in a fast-paced shooting environment with animals of all sizes, adult models, and children. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Experience working in a high volume photo production environment with a proven track record and experience in shooting a diverse range of commercial photography assets. Strong knowledge in where an image lives from start to finish Take the brief to understand specifications and work closely with creative team to develop the concept Capture and process images until you achieve desired results Shoot poses that don’t look posed Constantly improve image quality using various editing methods Use and maintain modern and traditional technical equipment (cameras, lenses etc) Direct talent, arrange objects, scenes, lighting and background to adhere to specifications Archive photographic images and maintain database Maintain an in depth understanding of photographic best practices and procedures Ability to juggle a multitude of job requirements simultaneously Self motivated with a desire to expand your skillset Create an inclusive environment where partners feel valued, appreciated, and a sense of belonging.
