Robert Half Marketing and Creative is working with a client in the Atlanta area who is looking to hire a UI/UX Designer. This is a full time role with a salary cap of $120,000.
About the Role - Owning full lifecycle of UX design process including UX brief, research, personas, user flows, wireframing, hi-fi and low-fi prototyping, A/B testing, and iterating. Working with a wide range of end users to understand them well enough to inform design. Leading and conducting user research and user testing initiatives. Creating visual elements for web applications, mobile apps, and other formats. Brainstorming design ideas to inform the product development process. Conducting competitive research to ensure current and future design paths. Evaluate existing products for usability. Planning and implementing UX for new products. Interacting with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborating and operating in synch with product, engineering, and project management. Bringing a user-centric design approach to everything you do. Leading, shaping, and adopting consistent design standards. Creating and maintaining design component library. Learning and communicating the latest trends in UX and design.
Responsibilities

- Experience designing B2B enterprise applications
- Have developed a process that can be executed with confidence

- Communication: Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, with an emphasis on technical documentation and collaboration
