About the Role: We are seeking a People Communications Specialist to help transform and modernize internal communications within the HR department. This role will play a key part in elevating how HR messaging is presented to employees, making it more engaging, strategic, and visually compelling. This is an opportunity for a creative communications professional to drive impactful storytelling, enhance employee engagement, and develop fresh content frameworks for HR programs.
Key Responsibilities: Rebrand and modernize HR communications to ensure a best-in-class experience for employees. Develop compelling content and frameworks for HR Town Halls, onboarding/offboarding materials, and employee engagement programs. Revamp the HR newsletter, incorporating more engaging storytelling, including employee spotlights, leadership insights, and interactive content. Design and maintain a centralized "HR Hub" or landing page to share updates on strategic HR initiatives, learning & development opportunities, and company-wide engagement programs. Craft visually appealing and engaging communications—whether it’s email campaigns, digital content, or presentations. Partner with senior leadership to refine messaging that aligns with company culture and business objectives. Wordsmith and refine existing content while also developing new, innovative messaging strategies.
Who We’re Looking For: 7-10 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, content strategy, or a related field. Strong background in storytelling, branding, and employee engagement initiatives. Ability to take complex topics and translate them into clear, engaging, and visually appealing content. Experience in media, creative agencies, tech startups, or consulting is welcome—financial services experience is not required. Highly creative and strategic thinker who enjoys modernizing and elevating internal messaging. Comfortable working closely with executives and adapting content to fit leadership priorities.
