We aim to improve and expand the company’s use of technology, online tools and traditional media with existing clientele and new prospects - with the goal of better client development/retention, sales growth and store/brand awareness. Duties include: Developing and managing a comprehensive and effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software system. Expanding existing prospecting programs via various media and channels. Expanding existing and creating new digital marketing exposures. Responsibilities: Ability to understand/utilize CRM software and effectively manage to achieve a variety of sales, engagement, referral/review generation and traffic goals. Ability to grow new customer base via direct mail, online tools and phone prospecting. Ability to develop and implement a social media strategy, monitor online activity and create new content - to include video, digital and audio. Requirements: Energetic, congenial team-player who is action oriented and results focused. Must be able to synthesize ideas and work collaboratively to transform goals into achievements. Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and work responsively with colleagues. Comfortable working with technology and familiar with retail sales marketing. Previous experience in luxury product sales a plus but not required. Job details: Hybrid remote/in-person (downtown Chicago) work 10-12 hours per week. $25-30 per hour based on experience.
