We are looking for a talented and driven individual to support our Executive Speakership team. In this role, you will manage our C-suite and senior executive speaking engagements from start to finish on the world's most prominent stages. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of activities, from assessing the right stages to coordinating with various teams across the organization to achieve exceptional program results. This role requires a high level of collaboration and the ability to communicate openly, respectfully, and inclusively with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be meticulously detail-oriented and exceptionally organized, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and the focus to support the team and the company's goals. Job Functions Event Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of executive speaking engagements, from initial research to post-event analysis. Ensure seamless coordination of all logistical aspects, including registration, travel, and on-site support. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, media, digital, and product teams to ensure success of every speaking engagement. Collaborate with event organizers to confirm details and requirements, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our executives. Speakership Identification: Identify and evaluate the most suitable global events and conferences for our executive bench. Research and recommend stages that align with our company priorities and messaging. Program Results: Take ownership of the program's success by working across the organization to achieve desired outcomes. Collect and analyze post-event feedback and metrics to measure the impact of speaking engagements. Prepare comprehensive reports and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement. Administration: Manage all levels of calendaring of activities for marketing team as well as executives. Thoroughly manage speakership database ensuring all pertinent information is properly entered and updated on a daily basis. This is an office-based position at Qualcomm Headquarters in San Diego, CA and you are expected to work from the office in accordance with Qualcomm’s Onsite Work Policy. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications: • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills. • Experience: 5+ years of experience with strong organizational abilities and proficiency in computer applications. • Software Proficiency: Solid PowerPoint skills, proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). Familiarity with social media platforms; Ability to learn and master company AI and project management tools such as Adobe Workfront or similar. • Education: Bachelor’s degree or greater.
