Legend, a boutique event agency with a 40-year legacy of creating extraordinary corporate events worldwide, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Associate Producer to join our team. About the Role This position offers far more than traditional production support – it's an opportunity to immerse yourself in every facet of event production. Working collaboratively across departments, you'll have direct input and involvement in projects that will ultimately come to life on big stages and screens around the globe. Primarily remote position with 3-4 in-office days per month in Irvington, NY Travel required for event production Strong emphasis on work-life balance Collaborative team environment, both virtual and in-person Core Responsibilities Collaborate on event design and creative development Manage and track relationships with third-party vendors and partners Create and maintain detailed project documentation including: Production plans and briefs Budget tracking and management Travel itineraries and bookings Run of show documents Participate in client meetings and video conferences Support executive team with project advancement Coordinate internal team communications and meetings Contribute to the development of innovative event solutions Assist with on-site production logistics Required Qualifications 2-3 years experience in an event or media production agency Proficiency with Mac OS platform and Google Workspace Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to travel for events Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously What Makes This Opportunity Unique Flexible role that allows for direct involvement across multiple aspects of production Immediate impact on high-profile corporate events Exposure to multiple disciplines: creative development, stage management, logistics, writing, communication, location production, and travel planning Global reach: Projects span Asia, Europe, South America, and all 50 U.S. states Convenient location: Our Irvington office sits along the Hudson River, just a 30-minute train ride from Midtown Manhattan Our Culture At Legend, we believe hard work and good fun aren't mutually exclusive.
