24 Seven is hiring: Junior Graphic Designer, Beauty in San Diego

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to help design and produce compelling visuals across packaging, merchandising, brand/product marketing, digital marketing, and social media. This role will support the Design Director in design, execution, and production related to all 360 brand creative.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the development of primary/secondary packaging including design renders, mechanicals, sampling, pre-production, and completed production of finished goods.
2. Support design and final production of in-store graphics for visual merchandising, including Gondola, End Caps, Events, and Animations.
3. Partner with fixture vendors on development of 2D/3D renders.
4. Support development of digital assets for retailer websites.
5. Develop sales and education one-pagers.
6. Design graphic assets for email, SMS, and paid media ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google.
7. Design social media graphics, including promotional posts, IG Stories/Reels covers, and other graphic content.
8. Support website design needs, including banners and campaign landing pages.
9. Support design/production of PR/Influencer mailers and event activation needs (signage, invitations, merchandise).
10. Design press releases and product one-pagers.

Education & Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
2. 1-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
