Gondola solves this by becoming the attribution layer for digital content, enabling verified crediting, performance tracking, and monetization tools for creators and businesses.

We’re looking for a Brand and Influencer Insights Manager to support high-profile creator and brand campaigns, delivering end-to-end insights that help our clients understand performance, drive ROI, and benchmark impact across platforms.

You’ll play a critical role in helping brands and creators tell the story of their campaign success — with data that’s sharp, actionable, and beautifully delivered.

What you’ll do:

  1. Influencer Engagement & Performance Analysis: Track and analyze creator performance across campaign touchpoints. Identify top-performing talent and content moments.
  2. Conversion & Traffic Attribution: Measure how creator-led campaigns drive traffic, conversions, and actions across owned and earned media.
  3. Content & Creative Insights: Surface learnings on what content worked, why, and how it can be optimized for future campaigns.
  4. Media Value & ROI Analysis: Calculate earned media value, campaign efficiency, and true ROI across platforms and placements.
  5. Creative Effectiveness Testing: Collaborate with partners like Ipsos Spark to test top influencer content pieces for creative performance and resonance.
  6. Brand Sentiment & Audience Analysis: Leverage AI-powered social listening tools to track audience sentiment and emotional response throughout the campaign.
  7. Brand Lift Studies: Run pre/post-campaign brand lift measurement—covering awareness, recall, favorability, and perception shifts.
  8. Competitive & Industry Benchmarking: Benchmark brand performance against category competitors to uncover white space and opportunity.

What we’re looking for:

  1. 5-8 years in influencer marketing, brand strategy, analytics, or insights—ideally with experience in creator-led or social-first campaigns.
  2. Hands-on experience with campaign measurement tools like Tubular, CreatorIQ, Sprout, Brandwatch, Ipsos, or similar.
  3. Strong data storytelling skills — you can distill complex data into clear narratives that brands and creators can act on.
  4. Comfortable working directly with clients and stakeholders — you can lead presentations and own reporting deliverables.
  5. A curiosity for creators, content culture, and what drives influence online.
  6. Bonus: You’ve worked on campaigns for tech, gaming, entertainment, or consumer brands at scale.
