Our client, a reputable media firm, is looking to bring on a full-time Programmatic Media Coordinator.

This role offers a hybrid working schedule in NYC, a fantastic team to collaborate with and a dynamic roster of clients to support.

As a Programmatic Media Coordinator, you’ll work closely with a team of talented media professionals in a dynamic and evolving digital landscape. Through ongoing partnerships, you’ll gain exposure to the latest technologies, measurement tools, and media strategies, allowing you to offer enhanced solutions and growth opportunities to clients. Within the programmatic team, you'll develop a broad understanding of both the buying and selling aspects of the media ecosystem, along with the tools, platforms, and partners that drive the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned accounts, ensuring smooth campaign execution and delivery.
  • Strategy Development: Work alongside your manager to create effective strategies based on a deep understanding of client goals and performance, striving to exceed expectations.
  • Campaign Setup: Ensure accurate campaign launches across multiple platforms, implementing all necessary ad tags, tactics, creative, and measurement solutions following best practices.
  • Client Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients, ensuring they are well-informed and approve key elements before campaign launch.
  • Optimization & Best Practices: Apply your knowledge of campaign setups, DSPs, ad servers, and measurement tools to maximize campaign performance and adhere to best practices.
  • Data-Driven Recommendations: Offer strategic, data-backed recommendations based on campaign goals, past performance, and business challenges.
