Location: Miami, Florida (Hybrid - In office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9 AM - 6 PM EST)

Compensation Range: $38 - 40 per hour
Our client in the telecommunications space is looking for an experienced UX Designer to join their digital design team and play a key role in shaping exceptional user experiences across web, app, and other digital platforms. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and deliver innovative, user-centered design solutions that enhance customer interactions and drive business success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead UX design initiatives across digital platforms, translating user needs into intuitive and engaging experiences.
- Develop comprehensive UI/UX strategies, including wireframes, prototypes, user flows, site maps, and visual designs.
- Design and test UI components such as navigation menus, search functions, page layouts, and CTAs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver tailored digital experiences aligned with brand guidelines.
- Implement UX research methodologies to analyze user behavior and inform design decisions.
- Ensure design consistency by adhering to established style standards for typography and graphic design.
- Independently address open-ended design problems, refining and documenting solutions through iterative processes.
- Evaluate and optimize designs based on user feedback and testing results.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of UX design experience, including technical and business web applications.
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and collaborative design.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into user-friendly experiences.
- Degree in Design or a related field.
Desired Skills:
- A portfolio showcasing UX design projects from concept to execution (e.g., Dribbble, GitHub, or personal website).
- Experience with JIRA, Smart Sheets, and/or Google Suite.
- Background working in agile development environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
- History of contributing to design programs or shipping products at scale.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
