Drive success, reward performance! Lead and innovate in producer commissions as our next Producer Commissions Manager.
As a Producer Commissions Manager, you will lead the development, implementation, and management of producer commissions programs within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of commission structures, regulatory requirements, and producer relationships, as well as strong leadership and analytical skills to ensure accurate and timely payment of commissions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in insurance or financial services, with a track record of successfully managing commissions processes and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies governing producer commissions. Stay informed about changes and updates in regulations and guidelines that may impact commission programs and processes.
- Manage commission management systems and software tools, ensuring functionality, reliability, and data integrity. Collaborate with IT and operations teams to implement system enhancements, updates, and integrations as needed.
- Lead and mentor a team of commission administrators and analysts, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for producers regarding commission inquiries, statements, and disputes. Build and maintain strong relationships with producers, providing support, guidance, and assistance as needed.
- Establish policies, procedures, and guidelines for commission calculations, payments, and administration. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, licensing requirements, and best practices in commission management.
- Analyze commission data, trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track commission payments, sales performance, and producer productivity.
- Oversee the accurate and timely calculation, processing, and reconciliation of producer commissions. Ensure consistency and accuracy in commission calculations and payments, resolving discrepancies and errors as necessary.
- Develop, implement, and manage producer commissions programs in alignment with business goals, sales strategies, and regulatory requirements. Define commission structures, rates, and incentives to motivate producers and drive desired behaviors.
Education
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
• 7 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Compensation offered for this role is $78,600.00 - 142,275.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
