This position will ensure all requests/tasks are processed within HCA’s timeframes, adhere to HCA’s policy and procedures, per stated workflows as well as compliance in an expeditious manner per HCA’s KPI’s. What You Will Do Property Tax Administration Initiate outbound calls to customers and municipalities for the purposes of recovering property tax refunds. Perform registration/plate cancellation to suppress unnecessary assessments. Generate, send, collect, and retain documents and information as requested ensuring compliance and accuracy per HCA’s Policy and Procedures. Collect data and perform research as necessary. Support general incoming calls and respond to emails received daily. Process requests in accordance with Remarketing’s SLAs which includes task prioritization, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with communication expectations.Perform lease and retail auto sales closing transactions supporting auction cash processing accuracy and timeliness.
What You Will Bring Minimum 2-4 years related experience preferably in vehicle remarketing. Automotive retail and/or lease experience a plus High School Diploma or GED. Associate Degree preferred. Proven track record with delivering seamless customer experiences. Ability to thrive in a performance coaching environment. Basic user level knowledge of Microsoft Office products Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across company stakeholders and problem solve. Flexible and adaptable to changes in business demand and operations. Ability to multi-task and prioritize goals to meet business objectives. Strong verbal and written communication skills via multiple communication channels. Systemic thinker with a keen ability for process improvement. Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
