(Exempt / Salaried). Pursuant to applicable regulations, if this job is performed in Colorado, the salary range is $105,000-$120,000 plus bonus potential. The Director, Paid and Organic Media is responsible for leading the overall digital strategy for our clients at Agency FIFTY3 by overseeing the strategy and performance of our comprehensive paid and organic approach to lead generation. This role will provide strong leadership, subject matter expertise, and strategic vision to the Paid Media and SEO team members. This position will report to our VP, Product, and collaborate with them to create a cohesive ecosystem of offerings and winning strategies. This position will oversee the Paid and Organic Managers, working closely with them to communicate initiatives downstream to their teams. This position requires the skills and abilities to solve complex digital problems, identify areas of efficiency for us to better scale, build collaborative strategies with partners, set and evaluate target performance, review financial metrics, and lead an engaged team. This position is responsible for: Developing, recommending and implementing organic and paid media strategies to ensure our quality of work stays competitive in the industry. Collaborating with the VP, Product to create and maintain an ecosystem of digital products. Advancing and maintaining our reporting, tracking, and end deliverables to clients to demonstrate our value and further marry our offerings. Ensuring monthly reports are easy to interpret and include meaningful insights and recommendations. Focusing on efficiencies by working with the VP, Product to ideate, map, and strategize new and improved ways of working. Play a key role in delegating these initiatives to the team to help execute on. Accountability for overall digital advertising success metrics, working with the VP, Product to increase revenue growth, performance metrics, satisfaction amongst clients, and team engagement. Reviewing financial performance of our digital services, working to ensure margin goals are being met. Hiring and onboarding and developing of top talent with Managers. Leading and managing the digital team, providing day-to-day support to managers including training, mentoring, performance managing, delegating and monitoring of workloads. Monitoring the competitive landscape to identify and recommend areas of opportunity in our offering to capitalize on revenue expansion and competitive advantages. Ensure cross platform integrations are accurately set up to maximize efficiencies and performance with the ability to monitor key metrics and generate accurate reports. Staying informed of new industry regulations and requirements that will impact our paid advertising services (Google, Facebook, etc). Demonstrating thought leadership by developing and delivering internal and external speaking engagements, webinars, and conferences. Working with VP, Product to strengthen cross-collaboration with Web and Creative teams. Maintain partnerships with relevant vendors for digital products and services. We’re looking for someone who: Has experience managing a team with a portfolio of multiple products and clients. Has strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas in a simple and concise manner. Has a strong leadership presence, influencing skills, presentation skills, and business insights. Has a strong track record of building and developing high performing teams. Demonstrates a deep desire for innovation, continuous learning, and improvement. Has the ability to work in a fast-paced, growing, and results-oriented atmosphere. Understands how to set, track, and achieve digital success metrics. Is very familiar with digital analytics tools and reporting methods. Has the ability to solve complex digital problems quickly and effectively. Qualifications we’re looking for: 6+ years of experience with digital marketing products (ranging from: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Business Page, Meta Ads). 4+ years of leadership experience. 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role. 2+ years of experience in multifamily industry. Expertise with a variety of digital reporting/analytics tools including: Adwords, Performance and attribution tools (Google Analytics, NinjaCat, TapClicks.), Google Tag Manager, Excel, etc. Experience managing a large team. Willing to travel up to 2 days per month. Agency experience preferred.
