The FIS Platform team's vision is to enable developers to access a full suite of financial capabilities and build their own applications through low and no-code experiences. We operate like an incubated startup within FIS, with the full support of the company and a mandate to create a world-class embedded finance platform. Our team is seeking a Design Program Manager to drive the evolution of banking experiences for millions of consumers. This role within our newly established multidisciplinary design group will shape our design culture and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and other cross-functional leaders to ensure the successful launch of high-quality products for our clients and their customers. Additionally, nurturing the growth and development of your team members will be integral to your role, as you collaborate closely with each individual to unlock their full potential. What you will be doing : Leverage customer insights to define content requirements and iterate on existing UI screens for a mix of developer, mobile, and SaaS products. Work with content designers to create UI text for our products that attracts users and enhances their experience. Work closely with engineering throughout the product lifecycle, from initial planning phases to final designs to launch. Contribute to resources such as a style guide, glossary, templates, and a design system that can be applied across a broad suite of financial software products. What you will need : 5 years experience as a UX writer for business or consumer apps. Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, human readable instructions. Knowledge of information architecture best practices. Experience working closely with product and engineering to ship and iterate on customer-facing products. Ability to take feedback and use it to iterate on your work. The pay range for this full-time position is $136,190.00 - $228,790.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
