The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be responsible for developing and executing the company's overall marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The CMO will oversee all aspects of marketing, including brand positioning, demand generation, product marketing, digital marketing, and communications. This role requires a data-driven, innovative leader with a deep understanding of SaaS marketing and a proven track record of scaling marketing efforts for a technology-driven company.

Responsibilities : Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead brand positioning and messaging to ensure strong market differentiation. Oversee demand generation initiatives, including digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, PPC, and email campaigns. Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies, leveraging data analytics and performance metrics. Manage product marketing efforts to effectively communicate value propositions and support sales enablement. Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns. Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Develop and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to drive innovation. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a SaaS or technology company. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth. Strong experience in digital marketing, demand generation, and data-driven decision-making. Expertise in product marketing, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with key stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics and performance measurement.
