Senior Manager, Marketing Insights and Analytics

to join our team! You will produce insights, deliver stories and provide meaningful impact for our Global Marketing, brand, and client acquisition. You will work in a close-knit, dedicated, congenial team environment with a shared goal of delivering impact. Your Impact: Uncover meaningful insights from internal and external sources to propel action. Turn data observations into meaningful stories to drive organizational impact. Make insights easily digestible, accessible, and business-friendly for executive-level and marketing leadership to support data-driven decision-making within the organization. Present market research and consumer insights in easily consumable presentations, decks, and data visualizations. Interpret data and analyze results to find those insights using any means necessary, including statistical techniques. Drive teams to align on measurement objectives, marketing KPIs, OKRs, and strategy as a trusted partner to provide guidance on tactical optimizations and recommendations for testing. Contextualize marketing influence on business growth by weaving the data story from prospect to campaign engagement to revenue pipeline impact. Your Skills & Experience: Have a strong analytical mindset and be comfortable working with complex data sets to identify patterns and insights that can inform business decisions. Experience analyzing customer data and behavior to gain insights into customer needs and preferences. Monitored and tracked marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and tactics. Identified opportunities for optimization and improvement in marketing activities and strategies. Built custom reports and dashboards to indicate program performance, and ensured report is intuitive and enabled insights. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint is a must, proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Pardot, Salesforce CRM, Datorama, and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Data Studio, Tableau) is a plus. Set Yourself Apart With: Significant experience in putting together presentations story-laden with insights to senior leaders. Track record of collating insights across channels and programs to tell a meaningful, unified story. Prior experience working with Marketing Services or B2B Marketing teams is preferred; agency experience is welcomed. Ability to serve as a key contributor in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment. Interest in being a trusted source of information on industry trends and in sharing this knowledge. Pay Range: $119,000 - $196,000 The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. The actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and the specific skillset required for the work itself.
