Senior Graphic Designer/ Media Designer

Pay Range : $30 - $33 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• Logo creation within brand standards
• Designing brand assets
• Collaborates with business clients throughout the enterprise to produce graphics that best visually represent product content across all types of media.
• Plans and implements design solutions that meet the business client objectives within specific timelines.
• Partners with cross-functional areas, such as IT, to deploy graphic design products and ensure appropriate design elements applied (graphics, layout, colors, content) for best member experience.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience :

• Key skills; Graphic Design, Military experience, and Adobe Creative Suite
• 6 years of experience in graphic design using different mediums such as print, multimedia, web development, storyboarding, and animation.
• Military experience and/or understanding of military imagery (4 years)
• Experience creating executive-level presentations
• Able to translate financial and other complex concepts into consumable graphics
• Ability to work Hybrid in office, San Antonio, 4 days in office
• Digital Portfolio Required (pdf or website)
• Demonstrated ability to integrate editorial content with graphic and interactive media.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills to interact with leadership and present innovative design concepts according to business requirements.
