Our client is seeking a UX Designer in Santa Clara, CA, to join a dynamic UX team. The role focuses on collaborating across departments to deliver user-centric design solutions that influence customer outcomes positively. This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of designing innovative product lines that serve some of the largest enterprises globally, including 70% of the Fortune 500 companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the UX vision and strategy in collaboration with leadership.
- Design and prototype new solutions, integrating user-centered principles with end-user needs.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to turn requirements into detailed user flows and design specifications.
- Contribute to and enhance the design system, ensuring alignment with established standards and style guides.
- Support research efforts to gather insights and drive continuous improvements in user experience.
Must-have skills:
- Experience in UX & UI design with the ability to articulate user needs compellingly.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and adaptability to new tools.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional team leadership abilities.
Industry Experience Required:
- Extensive experience in Enterprise Web Products design, preferably with a background in networking and security enterprise products.
