• Contract Duration: 4 months
• Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN | Hybrid
• Compensation: $37.00-$45.00 per hour

What you'll do as the Production Designer:

• Attend meetings that guide deliverables and production design outcomes
• Participate in prototyping sessions, color and content reviews, and photoshoots (if applicable)
• Prepare files for print, ensuring accuracy and alignment with die lines
• Create and prepare design decks for leadership review

What you'll bring to the Production Designer role:

• A Design Degree
• 3-5+ years of professional experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) at an intermediate level (advanced skills preferred)
• A self-driven, solution-oriented mindset to work with ambiguity and tight deadlines
• Expertise in working with Mac programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Keynote
