Director of Marketing & Operations
position. What You’ll Be Doing: Marketing : Monetizing existing resources, including books, podcasts, and training materials. Developing innovative marketing strategies to nurture clients and expand reach. Managing email campaigns and creating funnels to engage audiences. Enhancing visibility through podcast pitches, video content, and creative storytelling. Supporting event planning and execution (bonus if you’re a pro at filling seats!). Operations : Refining and optimizing backend systems (experience with platforms like Kajabi is a plus!). Ensuring projects are delivered to high standards with quality control. Managing day-to-day operations and supporting event logistics. What We’re Looking For: A creative, strategic thinker with expertise in
