Location: Hybrid – Westchester, NY-area preferred (mix of remote and in-person work) Part-Time: 15–20 hours per week at up to $30/hour (Potential to grow into a full-time role)

We are a leading craft beer e-commerce company seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Marketing & Design Associate to support our marketing department. This role involves a combination of email marketing, graphic design, and photography to support a wide range of marketing campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in design, a working knowledge of email marketing platforms, experience with photography, and a passion for craft beer/familiarity with the industry. This position requires the ability to design across a range of visual styles to suit the needs of various campaigns and brand partners. Responsibilities

Design and build email newsletters that are visually compelling and optimized for both desktop and mobile devices

Create marketing assets across digital platforms, including web banners, social media graphics, and promotional materials

Photograph products and capture lifestyle imagery that aligns with our brand and marketing goals

Maintain visual consistency across channels while adapting to the branding needs of different clients and partners

Work collaboratively with the marketing team to meet project deadlines and campaign objectives

Qualifications

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Experience using email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp

Strong eye for design, layout, and typography

Experience with product or lifestyle photography, including editing and styling

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with the craft beer industry and an interest in beer culture and trends

Preferred Skills

Experience with video editing or motion graphics

Basic HTML/CSS for email formatting

Copywriting skills for marketing communications
