The Digital Asset Manager is primarily responsible for contributing to all aspects of development for the organizational digital asset management platform. This role supports all product users, tracks key metrics for leadership, and resolves issues through the Help Desk platform. The Digital Asset Manager is also responsible for supporting the Life.Church website page content. This role (operationally) supports the team's direction, initiatives, and ministry efforts to achieve outcomes that further Life.Church’s mission and reach people for Christ.

What You’ll Do
- Formatting and releasing content for Finds.Life.Church
- Managing and releasing content on Simplecast
- Create and execute the onboarding procedures and applicable trainings for all product users
- Track and report platform metrics to leadership monthly
- Actively identify system problems and research and implement solutions
- Manage communication with vendors by providing feedback on new features and any potential system bugs
- Develop and maintain an initial onboarding and training schedule for the Digital Asset Coordinator role
- Onboard and manage digital asset volunteers and interns
- Manage all media pages and content for the Life.Church website
- Collaborate with the Interactive and YouVersion teams to stay updated on any system or tool advancements or enhancements
- Oversee the coding and staging of all Life.Church created YouVersion reading plans and ensure on-time delivery is achieved
- Manage all Life.Church YouTube channels, evaluating data and adjusting plans to reach desired outcomes
- Manage the LC App, Roku, Apple TV, Android TV, Podcast, and Playlister
Skills Needed to Succeed
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in order to foster relationships and partnerships
- Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions and problem solve
- Maintain flexibility and initiate the creation of new processes and project strategies
- Ability to manage conflict and differing opinions while maintaining composure
- Strong leadership skills and understanding on developing and guiding others
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of related work experience
