About the Opportunity:

We’re seeking a Graphic Designer to join our creative team and contribute innovative ideas for our graphic apparel collection. Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll collaborate with the digital and design teams to create artwork for t-shirts, accessories, and other apparel, as well as print and digital materials.

Please note: This is an on-site role based in Nashville, TN.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Create graphics for apparel, accessories, and promotional materials.
2. Collaborate with the team to produce designs for print and digital media (flyers, social media posts, etc.).
3. Stay aligned with the brand’s vintage-inspired aesthetic while exploring new creative processes.
4. Manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.

Who We’re Looking For:

1. A creative problem solver with a strong design sense.
2. Someone who can juggle multiple projects and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
3. A clear communicator who can present concepts and work collaboratively with the team.

What You’ll Need:

1. 5+ years of professional graphic design experience—apparel industry experience is a plus.
2. Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Basic Illustration/drawing skills are a plus.
3. A portfolio showcasing your design skills (required to apply).
4. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
