In this role, you will be responsible for leading our media strategy and execution along with our respective agency teams within Communications and collaborating closely with central media resources within Syneos Health. You will have the opportunity to maintain and ensure collaboration in all partnerships across our media group. You will:

• Oversee project executional elements from a digital standpoint on the agency's largest piece of business
• Focus on HCP facing tactics
• Approach media plans from a holistic media perspective, putting the strategy first
• Assist in the delivery of media strategy consultancy to internal agency staff and client teams
• Collaborate with data science on the optimal way to promote and sell offerings
• Continuously improve our offerings and look to scale appropriately

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of progressively senior experience in planning and buying multichannel media (print, digital, point of care)
• Strategic proficiency should include programmatic, ad operations, NPP or biddable media on the sales, agency or ad tech side
• Pharmaceutical or over-the-counter experience on the HCP side
• Experience working with Physician Level Data & an understanding of NPI targeting

• Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail-oriented
• Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $130K to $150K. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
