Studio Coordinator (Part-Time)
THE ROLE OF A COREPOWER YOGA STUDIO COORDINATOR
As a Studio Coordinator (SC), you live your power by supporting the world-class CorePower Yoga studio experience including coordinating studio operations and holding the studio to the highest health and safety standards. This SC role is a part-time, entry-level position which will allow you to learn the business and develop the skillset to operate a studio.
Studio Presence and Guiding the Student Experience
- Act as an ambassador of the CorePower Yoga Core Values at all times.
- Support the Studio Manager in achieving company and studio level goals, including membership growth, retail sales, community outreach, teacher and SET recruitment, and programming enrollment.
- Commit to a flexible schedule of 18-29 hours per week in studio.
- Serve as the studio-level point of contact for students and staff if/when the Studio Manager is not present.
- Support maintaining an appropriate level of studio supply inventory.
- Engage with the studio community consistently; greet students by name.
Coordinate and Execute Health, Safety and Cleanliness Protocol in the Studio
- Uphold high standards for the studio and ensure that the physical studio space meets the high CPY standards of cleanliness and functionality.
- Support communication around Smart Health Protocol to students upon entry.
- Act as an extension of the Studio Experience Team (SET).
- Lead Orientation for new Studio Experience Team members and train them on cleanliness protocol.
Coordinate Studio Systems
- Act as a liaison between the Studio Manager and the teaching and SET teams in training.
- Support administrative follow-up of late cancel fees, waitlist, student support, etc.
Teaching Schedule
- Support the studio class schedule by teaching a minimum of 6 classes per week of branded CorePower Yoga classes.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Value.
- Excellent oral communication skills, professionalism, and exceptional interpersonal skills are required.
- Experience in Customer Service required.
- Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program is preferred.
- Yoga Sculpt teacher training is preferred.
- Ability to build relationships with individuals with diverse personalities and styles.
