Senior UX Researcher

What You Will Be Responsible For

  1. Lead UX research initiatives that inform and elevate our product design decisions.
  2. Design and execute qualitative and quantitative studies (user interviews, usability testing, surveys, A/B testing, ethnographic research, etc.).
  3. Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to turn research insights into real-world solutions.
  4. Develop research strategies and frameworks to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points.
  5. Advocate for the user—bring their voice into every discussion and decision.
  6. Experiment with new research methods and tools to continuously enhance our approach.
  7. Synthesize findings into compelling reports, presentations, and visual storytelling to drive alignment and action across teams.
  8. Track and measure the impact of research on our products and user experience.

Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of experience in UX research, human-centered design, or a related field.
  2. Deep expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  3. Strong ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for design and product teams.
  4. Experience working in agile, fast-paced product development environments.
  5. Exceptional communication skills—you can turn complex insights into clear, persuasive narratives.
  6. Proficiency in research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Qualtrics, Google Analytics, or similar.
  7. A growth mindset—you love learning, adapting, and pushing boundaries.
  8. Experience in [Industry/Domain] is a plus but not required!

The base pay range for this role is $104,800 to $158,250 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
