Requirements:
•Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
•Experience as a User Experience Designer with a strong portfolio (2+ years);
•Experience with user-cantered design principles and methodologies.
•Experience working with Agile methodologies.
Preferred:
•Salesforce experience.
•Experience as a business analyst or process analyst.
•Experience with Figma.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
•Develop and iterate on user-centric design solutions, including process flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
•Conduct user research to inform and validate design decisions, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs and behaviours.
•Plan and facilitate workshops to gather insights, align stakeholders, and drive effective collaboration.
•Collaborate closely with product owners to understand requirements, check on adoption, and establish a feedback loop for continuous improvement.
•Synthesize quick mock-ups for A/B testing to validate and refine design concepts.
•Utilize business analysis or process analysis background to align design solutions with business goals.
•Create design artifacts in Figma and share with stakeholders.
