The Graphic Designer II will play a crucial role in elevating Swisher brands across all touchpoints, from packaging and point-of-sale materials to digital assets and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop innovative and eye-catching packaging designs that align with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and target audience preferences
Create 3D renderings and mock-ups to effectively communicate packaging concepts and gain stakeholder buy-in
Manage packaging updates and revisions, including those related to new product launches, regulatory changes, and brand refreshes
Design impactful and attention-grabbing POS displays, signage, and promotional materials, including pre-price displays, graphics, and edits
Adapt existing POS materials for various promotions, campaigns, and seasonal events
Create engaging digital assets, including website banners, graphics, social media content, email marketing materials, and digital advertisements
Ensure brand consistency and visual hierarchy across all digital platforms
Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all marketing materials, ensuring consistent brand expression and visual identity
Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and legal, to ensure project success and timely delivery
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related fine arts field
4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design skills and a keen eye for detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as other relevant design software
Strong understanding of print production processes, digital design principles, and industry best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively under pressure
A passion for design, a creative mindset, and a desire to continuously learn and grow
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
