We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Marketing Analyst to support the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in driving marketing initiatives, business planning, and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You will act as a key partner to the CMO, ensuring strategic initiatives are executed effectively, data-driven insights inform decision-making and cross-functional collaboration within the marketing team is seamless.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Support: Partner with the CMO to track and drive marketing priorities, ensuring alignment with company goals. Data-Driven Insights: Analyze marketing performance, pipeline impact, and customer engagement trends to inform strategy. Program Execution: Manage high-priority projects across brand, demand generation, field marketing, and product marketing, ensuring successful execution and alignment with broader marketing objectives. Cross-functional coordination: Facilitate collaboration across the marketing team to improve efficiency, alignment, and execution of strategic initiatives. Content Creation: Develop high-quality presentations, reports, and written materials for internal and external audiences, including executive-level communications. Budget & Resource Management: Assist in tracking marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals and business priorities. What You Bring

4+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, consulting, finance, or a related field. Exceptional proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint-a must-have for financial modeling, reporting, and executive-level presentations. Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing performance analysis and business reporting. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into executive-ready insights. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and drive initiatives to completion. Experience working in B2B SaaS, financial services, or a high-growth environment preferred. Experience working with senior stakeholders in a high-performance environment. A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
