Job Description As the TikTok Paid Media Strategist will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our TikTok and TikTok Shop advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, performance-driven, and has a deep understanding of TikTok’s advertising ecosystem, including TikTok One, TikTok Ads Manager, Spark Ads, and TikTok Shop Ads, GMV Max. Key Responsibilities: Plan, build, and launch TikTok Ads and TikTok Shop Ads campaigns for e-commerce brands. Manage budget allocation across campaigns to maximize efficiency and scale performance. Develop media buying strategies tailored to TikTok’s unique audience behaviors. Analyze and optimize key ad metrics (ROAS, CPM, CPC, CPP, CTR) to improve campaign performance. Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies. Utilize lookalike audiences, interest targeting, and pixel tracking to refine ad delivery. Implement event tracking (via TikTok Pixel & API) to improve attribution accuracy. Work with creative teams to test high-converting ad creatives (UGC, Spark Ads, DPA). Identify and target high-intent audience segments using TikTok’s AI-powered algorithms. Generate weekly and monthly reports on all paid media areas to track improvement and pull key insights Stay updated on TikTok’s new advertising features and industry trends. Qualifications:

2+ years of experience managing paid TikTok Ads campaigns perferebalby for e-commerce brands Deep understanding of TikTok auction system, bid strategies and optimitization techniques. Hands on experience with TikTok Ads Manager, TikTok Pixel, and Conversion API. Proven experience scaling ad spend while maintaining profitable ROAS. Familiarity with influencer whitelisting and UGC-style ad strategies. TikTok Ads Certification or other relevant digital marketing certifications.

Compensation

Contract to Full Time $70-90K Annually, with performance base annual bonus 401K Flexible PTO, Holidays and Paid Sick Leave This is a Hybrid role 3 days in office and 2 day remote.
