Ideate and produce social content series that resonate with the Ladder user, through speaking videos, coach content and member UGC Collaborate with our creative team and coaches to craft campaigns that turn heads and generate buzz Optimize rollout strategies to maximize reach and impact—because every move counts Stay ahead of trends, content formats, and cultural shifts to keep Ladder leading the pack Track community sentiment and manage inbox communications with finesse REPORTS TO

Located in Austin, TX ( up to $10k for relocation assistance ) Legit, proven experience in a social media role with real results A deep understanding of social strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X) A sharp understanding of cultural trends and the ever-evolving social media landscape Ability to shoot and edit high-quality, mobile content A hunger for outside-the-box, viral marketing that breaks through the noise Top-tier organizational skills and an eye for detail A genuine passion for fitness and hands-on experience with strength training DETAILS & BENEFITS
