A Day in the Life

I am the Manager of E-Commerce Content and I support the digital team in the growth and development of the eCommerce business and across direct and indirect channels, with a focus on product launches, hallmarks, seasonals & always-on. I support in the global strategy of content asset creation and am well versed in driving business growth through adoption KPIs. I must strategize and drive the business using data & insights to execute the best in class digital programs to meet brand objectives and keep up to date on the latest innovative competitive trends & market best practices.

Requirements

3-5 years of e-Commerce experience with a focus on understanding the consumer journey

Marketing and/or Beauty background

Strong analytical skills

Understanding of e-commerce trends and strategy

Understanding of the full online consumer journey and across touchpoints inclusive of best-in-class content to further elevate skincare expertise on site.

Responsibilities

DIGITAL CONTENT & STRATEGY

Manage the development of globally-relevant digital content strategies for 360 product launches, hallmarks, always on and seasonals across D2C, E-Retail / Amazon

Manage projects independently and work closely with the Digital Creative/Copy teams with clear timelines and milestones present the global digital strategy for content assets

Lead the end-to-end process with key stakeholders of animation package creation for digital animations

Conduct competitive landscape and market research to infuse into each digital activation strategy, including post-mortem analysis to share post-campaign learnings with 360 partners

Manage & track asset adoption across sites and present quarterly findings to cross-functional teams

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Partner with internal teams (Media, Marketing, Social CRM, SEO, Education, etc.) to integrate and create synergies within the digital animations and 360 e-strategy

Present e-Commerce strategies to cross-functional teams to ensure 360 alignment

Partner closely with the Operations Manager on yearly/hallmarks market adaptation of assets to influence and evolve digital strategies based on key learnings

Work closely with Site Experience on content asset testing based on asset performance insights

Manage and work closely with the Operations Manager on digital releases, end to end QA process and PIM enrichment prior to 360 release

SHARED TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES

Support digital upskilling of the DMI and infusing digital best practices, trends, and innovative strategies in 360 Marketing launches & animations

Create documentation for the brand for all functions to reference and understand

CORE KPIS:

Drive sales and growth with measurable results

Strong 360 alignment with cross-functional teams on insights/analysis, activation assets and strategy, and e-commerce best practices.

100% asset adoption across market

DELIVERABLES/OUTCOMES:

Delivering a best-in-class e-commerce customer experience

Delivery with a 360 approach on hallmarks/seasonals/PDPs.
