Marketing/Events Coordinator
to join our Northern California team, encompassing Audi Marin, VW Marin, Porsche Marin, Porsche San Francisco, and Ferrari Silicon Valley. Work with Content Creator and Inventory Photography Specialists to ensure all photography and videography deliverables are met. Coordinate all store level marketing campaigns, from planning to campaign execution, campaign objectives and expectations, campaign recaps, and more. Coordinate all events and aspects of the event planning process, including collaboration with subcontractors, venue identification, menu development, printing and design of materials and budget tracking. Work with campus porters to coordinate event layout, vehicle transportation, showroom and compliance updates. Coordinate all social media calendars and content to be approved to go live. Identify and develop opportunities for customer ownership activation through promotions, community sponsorship, events. Coordinate off site vehicle display contract obligations, signage requirements and logistics. Coordinate any on site PR opportunity logistics such as cars for editorial test drives, photo shoots, etc. Coordinate requests for orders on internal sales marketing materials. Coordinate all team apparel and apparel for client gifting. Obtain and maintain knowledge of compliance and co-op requirements for all manufacturers. Work with Marketing Administrator to ensure monthly budget is aligned with plan and complete end of month budget/coop reviews with management team. Work with PON to correctly sign all contracts regarding sponsorships and events. Create relationships with all on-site managers - GSM, Pre-Owned, Service, Parts. Learn respective brands guidelines to ensure we remain compliant, up to date on required events and ever-changing processes. Maintain communication with internal team and agency throughout the month on the marketing campaign status and current work-in-progress to ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate and execute weekly meetings with store management and team to review prior month’s successes/challenges, review new programs and opportunities for the next month, and set 30-day outcomes, goals, and campaign messaging/strategy. Coordinate internal team building events for local marketing department and campus. Reports directly to Experiential Marketing Manager.
