We’re seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the evolution of FoundersCard’s website and app experience. You’ll own the end-to-end design process, driving usability improvements, refining user flows, and ensuring a seamless, premium experience for our members. This is a hands-on role ideal for a self-starter who thrives on solving complex design challenges, particularly within consumer-facing (B2C) products. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead UX/UI Strategy: Own and enhance the FoundersCard user experience across web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency, usability, and a consumer-centric design.
  • User Research & Insights: Conduct user interviews and usability tests to deeply understand member needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Design Execution: Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate and validate design concepts effectively.
  • Iterate & Optimize: Use data and feedback to continuously refine and enhance the B2C user experience, boosting engagement and satisfaction.
  • Design Standards: Establish and enforce UX/UI guidelines, ensuring consistency in visual design, interactions, and overall experience.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of UX/UI design experience, with a strong focus on consumer-facing (B2C) products.
  • Proven expertise in conducting user interviews, testing, and research to inform design decisions.
  • Strong skills in creating interactive prototypes (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and usability best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams.

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

  • Familiarity with data-driven design using analytics tools.
