Job Summary

We seek a visionary Sr. Brand Creative Director to lead our company's brand identity, creative vision, and transformation into a powerhouse men’s health media platform improving and saving lives from prostate cancer. This role is responsible for developing and executing a cohesive brand identity that resonates with our target audience and drives growth through exceptional creative content. The Sr. Brand Creative Director will oversee brand identity development, creative direction, marketing initiatives, and content creation, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive brand identity that aligns with the company's vision, mission, and organizational objectives, including:
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify brand opportunities and challenges.
    • Develop a strategic brand identity framework that better defines the brand's purpose, values, personality, tone of voice, and visual identity elements.
    • Oversee the design and implementation of a refreshed brand identity system.
    • Create brand identity guidelines and standards that outline the appropriate usage of brand elements.
    • Build creative that defines and articulates the brand's positioning, personality, and messaging.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure brand consistency.
  3. Conduct comprehensive brand audits and market research to evaluate the current brand identity.
  4. Analyze competitor brands, industry trends, and consumer behavior.
  5. Develop brand storytelling narratives and messaging frameworks.
  6. Ensure consistent brand identity application across all touchpoints.
  7. Continuously evolve and refine the brand identity.
  8. Conduct training and education sessions on brand identity guidelines.
  9. Implement metrics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the brand identity refresh.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in brand management or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and creative campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and marketing principles.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent use of a computer and other office equipment.
  • Prolonged periods of a stationary position.
  • The ability to recognize details at close range for extended periods of time.
