Responsibilities for the Video Producer:

• Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to brainstorm and develop video concepts aligned with brand identity and company goals.
• Edit and produce engaging short-form videos and reels for internal and external platforms.
• Assist with on-set video production, including camera operation, lighting, and shot composition.
• Manage post-production tasks such as logging, editing, and enhancing raw footage for final delivery.
• Ensure seamless transitions between production and post-production to maintain video quality and consistency.
• Serve as a Dialogue Editor, ensuring clear speech, proper synchronization, and elimination of unwanted background noise.

Required Skills for the Video Producer:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Videography, Film, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Experience in video editing with a portfolio showcasing both long and short-form content.
• Proficiency in operating cinema-style and mirrorless cameras with a strong understanding of cinematic techniques.
• Skilled in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Audition.
• Knowledge of social media trends and viral video elements across platforms.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
