Job Title: (CSSNA) Service Writer
Job Location: Dearborn, MI
Job Duration: 6 Months on W2

Hours: 7am-3pm with occasional 9am-5pm shifts. This role is 100% onsite.

Job Summary

Serves as primary customer contact to promote quality customer service and increase business within the branch location.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serves as the primary point of contact with customers either on the phone or at the branch, developing positive relationships with key customers.
2. Analyze customer’s needs, gathers pertinent information, and opens work orders; schedules work, and provides status updates to customers on repair work.
3. Works with the Service Supervisor and/or Team Lead to schedule job assignments and gathering updates for customers.
4. Develops positive relationships with key customers.

Top 3 Skills you are looking for:

1. Previous Service Admin duty experience.
2. Able to utilize basic skills in Microsoft Excel.
3. Customer Service Experience.
