Drive impactful marketing initiatives for a leading technology company as their Marketing Manager. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to shape partner marketing strategies, influence pipeline growth, and collaborate with key stakeholders in the North American Independent Software Vendor (ISV) market. The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving partner pipeline goal attainment through strategic partner marketing funding and collaboration with external ISV partners specializing in Data & Analytics, DevOps, and Infrastructure. This role oversees key programs, including ISV Partner Days and the annual North American ISV Forum, collaborating closely with North American ISV Sales and Global ISV Partner Marketing teams. Responsibilities: Drive 100% pipeline goal attainment for partners receiving Pipeline Performance Funds. Project manage the delivery of 5-10 North American ISV Partner Day events (both in-person and virtual). Act as the marketing point of contact for the North American ISV Sales organization, including weekly presentations to regional leadership and coordination on key projects. Must-Have Qualifications: 7-10 years of relevant marketing experience Proven ability in stakeholder management (internal and external), driving results from external partners, aligning partner performance with internal KPIs, and delivering cross-functional programs. Strong data-driven decision-making skills, using data to inform partner funding decisions, track partner performance, and identify opportunities and potential issues. Excellent organizational skills to manage various workstreams and deliver programs involving multiple teams, partners, and stakeholders. Exceptional communication skills, including comfort presenting to senior leadership both internally and externally. Willingness to engage in challenging conversations with partners when necessary. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Experience with the Cloud IT market and partner ecosystems. Proficiency with Salesforce and/or data-heavy dashboards/reporting tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
