Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing overall club marketing and advertising campaigns, sponsorship activations, and developing new fan engagement opportunities. This role reports to the Director of Communications and Marketing and will work closely with the Social Media Manager to integrate promotional and sponsorship elements into content while also managing in-game activations and other fan-focused initiatives. Salary will be based on experience level.

Key Responsibilities:
Sponsorship Activation & Brand Partnerships:
- Ensure execution of all sponsored agreed-upon assets (signage, website, social media, in-game activations, etc.).
- Work with Social Media Manager to integrate sponsor messaging into marketing efforts.
- Track activation performance and provide recap reports showcasing sponsorship value and renewal opportunities.
- Execute in-game promotions, sponsored contests, and on-field activations.
- Develop and manage social media ad campaigns and promotional content.
- Coordinate match day marketing efforts, including PA scripts, fan engagement elements, and music.
- Create or coordinate creation of graphics and videos for social media, Jumbotron, stadium signage, website ads, etc.
- Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies to maximize impact. Track and report on campaign effectiveness and fan engagement metrics.
- Identify and implement new fan engagement experiences and gamified promotions.
- Organize and promote theme nights, special events, and community activations.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or promotions, preferably in sports or entertainment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, Communications or a related field.
- Experience with event marketing, sponsorship activation, and fan engagement strategies.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and excels in teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing and sponsorship efforts.
- Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
