Graphic Designer
Location: Nashville, TN (On-Site or Hybrid)
Hourly Rate: $30–$40/hr
Position Overview:
This role will support the marketing and creative teams by producing high-impact visual content for both digital and print channels. The Graphic Designer will work closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure brand consistency and elevate the quality of all outbound materials. We're looking for someone who brings strong design execution, a commercial mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design a variety of assets including social media graphics, email templates, digital ads, presentation decks, flyers, and event collateral.
- Translate marketing objectives into clear, engaging visuals that align with brand standards.
- Support campaign launches with creative assets tailored to each channel (organic, paid, print, web).
- Maintain and evolve visual brand guidelines across all creative output.
- Prepare files for both digital use and professional print production.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and communicate proactively with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally supporting marketing or brand teams.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite—especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating clean design, attention to detail, and an understanding of visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing within brand systems and producing assets for both digital and print use.
- Able to take direction, incorporate feedback quickly, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Experience with Canva, Figma, or basic animation tools is a plus but not required.
