Peyton Resource Group (PRG) is hiring: UX Designer in Plano

Ability to apply human-centered design principles and methods to create effective solutions that align with user needs.

A working understanding of best practices in website navigation, mobile patterns, information architecture, and usability.

Experience designing user interfaces for responsive web and native applications (iOS, Android, etc.).

Skilled in facilitating cross-functional sessions, collaborating with team members, and building consensus among diverse groups.

A designer in this role is responsible for supporting the design team by defining business problems and design requirements, facilitating design sessions, collaborating with team members to break down complex problems into manageable tasks, and navigating the entire work stream from discovery through delivery. They also participate in research efforts, synthesize findings, create end-to-end member experiences, present their work effectively, and ensure compliance with risk management policies.

A designer in this role has the potential to contribute across several design teams applied to different products within a complex large-scale program in different phases of delivery.

This role does not require proficiency in executing Design Research, but candidates should have the ability to synthesize and apply Research findings throughout the Design process

Overview:

·        Experience in a large enterprise environment, and inherently complex projects.

·        Experience working in a structured design process.

·        Design process is interwoven to ensure products are cohesive and consistent. So it’s a layered design system.

Requirements:

·        Complex design work

·        Figma (deep experience with features like Auto layout, responsive design).

·        Traditional design skills, well versed in design language. UserZoom, or other design research tools is a bonus.

A portfolio would show this as in-depth case studies, explanation of research or human centered design supporting the product.
