Job Overview
The Senior Account Manager is a dynamic team player responsible for developing strong relationships with our most valuable clients and helping them meet their digital objectives by crafting effective paid ads strategies. The Sr. Account Manager must be able to use their business acumen to understand their clients’ business needs and develop a marketing strategy to support those needs. Utilizing clear and professional communication, they will present high-level strategies, report on KPI’s, and bring new out- of-the-box ideas to clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage and grow a portfolio of VIP paid ad client accounts
- Lead the digital marketing strategy for your client portfolio
- Build strong client report through timely communication
- Educate your client base on social media marketing, industry reports, and best practices
- Identify opportunities for additional products/services, articulate their value, and expand existing relationships with clients
- Collaborate cross-functionally across internal teams, developers, agency partners, and creative designers to achieve client business goals
- Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with clients, team members and stakeholders
- Synthesize data to understand campaign results
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of previous account management experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, consulting, or agency experience
- Understand common marketing objectives and what makes marketing successful
- Confident communicator: able to effectively present using email, phone, and video conferencing
- Emotional intelligence, enthusiasm, high energy, attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a passion for contributing to growth
- Effective time management with the ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize a large portfolio of clients
- Strong computer skills and confidence in learning new apps and platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: a listener, presenter, and a people-person
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or work experience equivalent
