DryWater® is setting the new standard in hydration — clean, functional, and built for movement. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes wellness culture, knows how to create scroll-stopping content, and has experience growing CPG brands across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.


You’ll manage our social channels, bring our brand voice to life, work with influencers and affiliates, and turn community into conversion.

Responsibilities


  • Develop and manage social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Create and schedule content aligned with the brand’s voice and seasonal campaigns
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize for reach and engagement
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and on-brand manner
  • Manage, organize, and repurpose UGC across platforms to support storytelling and build community trust
  • Support with capturing EGC content (behind-the-scenes, product use, team moments) when needed
  • Stay up to date on new platform features and social trends to keep content fresh
  • Work with designers, content creators, and UGC contributors to ensure high-quality visuals and messaging


Community Management


  • Foster a strong digital community through daily interaction and proactive engagement
  • Moderate user-generated content to ensure alignment with brand standards
  • Respond to customer and community feedback across social channels
  • Encourage customer reviews, brand tagging, and organic sharing through thoughtful content and interactions


Affiliate Marketing


  • Recruit and manage affiliate partnerships with influencers, creators, and brand fans
  • Track affiliate performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with affiliates to develop co-branded content, discount codes, and unique moments
  • Build out reporting systems to measure the impact of affiliate efforts on traffic and sales

  •  Influencer Marketing


    • Identify and manage influencer relationships across key verticals (fitness, lifestyle, wellness, etc.)
    • Coordinate content deliverables, timelines, and campaign messaging
    • Collect and organize influencer content and UGC for brand use across social, email, and paid channels
    • Track campaign performance and ROI to guide future influencer strategy

  • Trendspotting


    • Stay ahead of social media trends, cultural moments, and platform updates
    • Experiment with new content formats and tactics to grow reach
    • Share insights and ideas internally to inform larger marketing strategies


    General


    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand alignment across all channels
    • Provide regular reports and insights on social performance, community sentiment, and influencer impact
    • Set KPIs for growth, engagement, and campaign success



    What You Bring

    • 2–4+ years experience in social for a CPG or health-focused brand

    • Content creation skills (bonus if you shoot/edit yourself)

    • Strong taste, strong voice, stronger work ethic

    • You understand what makes people care , click , and share

    • You have a strong education in Health & Wellness, walk the walk and talk the talk.
