Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist
Location: Onsite in Southfield, MI
Commitment: ~30 hours/week for 3 months (potential to extend)
Our client seeks a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to support an automotive client. This role requires hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, email marketing, and MS Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, schedule, and deploy marketing automations and email/messaging campaigns.
- Build and manage email templates, automated consumer journeys, and A/B tests.
- Implement advanced Salesforce Marketing Cloud features (dynamic content, SMS/MMS, automation, optimization).
- Ensure email compliance (CAN-SPAM, privacy, security).
- Analyze campaign performance, optimize nurture tracks, and document best practices.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (email marketing, lead nurturing, automation).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of email design best practices (mobile-first, adaptive design); HTML/CSS experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage projects independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
