Reporting to the Director of Direct Mail Strategy, this role focuses on optimizing and executing campaigns, developing test plans, analyzing performance, and collaborating across teams for seamless execution.
About the Role
Plan and execute direct mail campaigns to meet financial and business goals. Analyze performance data and provide strategic recommendations. Manage campaign budgets, forecasts, and reporting. Ensure flawless execution by coordinating with Marketing, Partnerships, Operations, and Creative teams. Develop test plans to optimize creative, product, and pricing strategies.
Responsibilities

Required Skills
- 3-5+ years of experience in direct mail marketing, campaign planning, and forecasting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience managing budgets, reporting, and optimizing marketing strategies.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft or Google Suites.
