Job Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Create visual concepts and graphics using software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other design tools (Figma and Canva). Working knowledge of motion graphics and web design principles is a bonus.
- Design layouts, illustrations, and other artwork for various mediums, including print and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives for various design projects.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity and adherence to brand guidelines across all projects.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting demanding deadlines.
- Occasionally assist with other design-related tasks or projects as needed by the team or organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a design role. Background in branding, marketing, and/or advertising is preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects across a wide range of mediums.
- Passion for CPG brand strategy.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take direction and work independently.
