Job Overview:
The Video Production & Editing Expert will be responsible for conceptualizing, filming, and editing video content to support the company’s marketing, branding, and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of visual storytelling, technical proficiency in video editing software, and the ability to create high-quality, engaging content for various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and direct high-quality video content, including promotional videos, corporate content, and internal communication materials.
- Operate and manage video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and storytelling strategies.
- Edit raw footage into high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other industry-standard software.
- Apply motion graphics, animations, effects, transitions, and color grading to enhance production value.
- Optimize video content for different formats and platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video production, editing techniques, and digital storytelling.
- Suggest innovative approaches to improve content engagement and brand impact.
- Ensure all video content aligns with the company’s branding, tone, and messaging.
- Organize and maintain a structured video archive for future reference.
- Ensure proper backup of all media files and projects.
- Manage and troubleshoot video production equipment and software as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field (Preferred but not mandatory).
- 2-4 years of experience in video production, editing, and post-production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of camera operation, framing, lighting, and audio recording.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, and color grading is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media video trends and best practices for platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
