What You’ll Do:

1. Develop & Execute Field Marketing: Create and implement plans to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive referrals.
2. Cultivate Key Relationships: Build strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior centers, and community organizations.
3. Conduct Outreach: Represent us at events, deliver presentations, and engage with the community.
4. Collaborate with Sales: Ensure seamless lead generation and follow-up.
5. Track & Analyze Performance: Monitor marketing campaigns, optimize ROI, and report on metrics.
6. Manage Budget: Develop and manage the field marketing budget.
7. Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.
8. Ensure Client Satisfaction: Gather feedback and address concerns.

What You’ll Need:

1. 2+ years marketing/sales experience (required).
2. Proven relationship-building skills.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Strong project management skills.
5. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
6. 100% travel within Orange County (required).
7. Valid driver’s license and transportation (required).
8. Associate’s degree preferred.
