Job Description:

The Social Media Marketing Manager will oversee our Rogue’s social media program’s strategy, execution, and growth.

The Social Media Marketing Manager is a fully onsite role in Columbus, Ohio. Remote work is not available.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a strategic social media plan to enhance brand awareness and engagement across platforms.
  2. Oversee all posting and scheduling across multiple platforms and accounts.
  3. Become an extension of the company’s brand to connect with existing customers and acquire new ones.
  4. Ensure brand consistency by aligning messaging, tone, and aesthetics across all platforms.
  5. Act swiftly and independently to make content decisions, maintaining speed of execution while balancing collaboration.
  6. Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance metrics to drive engagement and increase reach.
  7. Stay up to date with new and emerging trends to help keep Rogue’s social media presence consistently relevant.

Qualifications

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree, Marketing or Business preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years relevant marketing experience; retail industry preferred.
  3. Fitness Experience (CrossFit, Olympic lifting, Powerlifting, etc.).
  4. Proven experience managing brand consistency across multiple social media accounts.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  6. Detail-oriented, ability to execute operational tasks independently.
  7. Strong attention to detail.
  8. Strong analytical skills.
  9. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Positive Attitude.
